As an avid solo traveler and freediver who loves the ocean, diving with the Great Hammerheads of the Bahamas had been on the bucket list for a while. When I heard Bianca was doing a trip there, I booked with no hesitation. The trip was amazing - the itinerary was well organized, Bianca was very knowledgeable about the sharks and the island, it was a great way to meet likeminded people, and we always felt safe in the water. Dived a lot, laughed a lot, and came out of the experience with new friends! 10/10 recommend - I hope I get to do another trip with Bianca someday in the future!

This expedition was truly a dream come true. I’ve been following Bianca on Instagram for a while, and when I saw she was opening spots for a whale diving expedition in Moorea, I knew I couldn’t miss it! From start to finish, everything was thoughtfully planned—from the accommodations to the schedule, making the most of every single day. But nothing could have prepared me for that first magical moment when a whale emerged from the deep blue and chose to interact with us. It was surreal, humbling, and absolutely life-changing. One of the biggest reasons I chose this expedition was Bianca’s deep respect for wildlife and her ethical approach to these encounters. Knowing I was with someone experienced and mindful of the whales’ well-being made the experience even more special. If you’re even slightly considering this—just do it. It’s an adventure that will stay with you forever.

Bianca’s retreat was the highlight of my month long French Polynesia trip.

You can tell that she has years of experience in the water with the whales and guiding a group. I felt safe, taken care of and absolutely loved the host family that we stayed with in moorea.

Our encounters with the whales were breathtaking and I was stoked on all of the pictures that I captured ! Bianca got a bunch of pictures of me with the whales which meant a lot to me as I’m usually behind the camera !

Besides the whales, the best part of the trip was bonding with the group and sharing laughs over dinner together. Bianca really impressed me with this retreat and I would do it every year over and over again for the rest of my life if I could. Well done Bianca ! 10/10 would recommend Roamtobewild retreats !

I recently had the incredible opportunity to join Bianca on a 6-day whale diving expedition in Moorea, French Polynesia, and it was truly the experience of a lifetime. From start to finish, everything was perfectly planned. The Airbnb we stayed in was absolutely stunning—comfortable, beautifully located, and the perfect place to unwind after our dives.

Bianca was an exceptional host and guide. Her deep passion for the ocean and its wildlife was evident in everything she did. She was not only knowledgeable but also genuinely committed to creating meaningful and respectful encounters with the whales. Thanks to her expertise and care, we were able to truly connect with these magnificent creatures in their natural habitat, in a way that felt both intimate and awe-inspiring.

If you’re considering a whale diving expedition, I can’t recommend Bianca enough. Her attention to detail, respect for marine life, and warm hospitality make this an unforgettable adventure. I would do it again in a heartbeat!

From the minute we stepped foot in Mo’orea and met Bianca, we knew we were in for an incredible time. We enjoyed every aspect of the trip from the accommodations, the food, especially the French Polynesian night, and the time spent on the water searching and swimming with these gentle giants. We felt well taken care of, and loved getting to know Bianca, and her incredible team (Shout out Cedric and Francesca!). They were all very knowledgeable and passionate about respecting the well being of the whales. Bianca is truly a gem of a human, and her energy is infectious. She is an amazing photographer, and we appreciate her for allowing us to pick her brain. This is something we especially appreciated as aspiring wildlife photographers. We can’t recommend this trip enough. And we are excited to join Bianca’s Baja retreat in June. She has given us a new found passion and understanding of our oceans.

Going on the Bimini, Bahamas trip with Bianca was hands-down the best gift I gave myself this year. Before I give her full credit for being the most grounded, fun, and fearless host (which she absolutely was), I have to mention the crystal clear, insanely blue water and the awe-inspiring presence of the Great Hammerheads we got to dive with every single day. The whole trip had this effortless flow—from the cozy rooms & the community vibe to the perfect morning dives & afternoon adventures. Bianca created the kind of space where adventure and connection happen naturally. Thank you for guiding us through such a powerful, once-in-a-lifetime experience—I’ll never forget it.
