The Island

Bimini is a beautiful little island of The Bahamas. With caribean cutlure, crystal water, and an abundance of marine life it is a paradise.

The Bahamas is one of the few places in the world where you can meet the Great Hammerhead. Although this is expedition will be focusing on time in the water with the sharks, we will spend a special half day visiting the Shark Lab, an incredible NGO located there to learn more about sharks and specifically sharks in Bimini.

The Accomodation

We are fortunate enough to have landed a newly built beautiful 2 bedroom home at our captains quarters . We will be departing right in front of our accommodation every day. Rooms will be shared (2-3pax/room) unless requested separately (extra charge).

The Food

Breakfast foods will be provided and everyone will have the freedom to choose how and what to eat. Lunch and dinners are each guests responsibility. Being on an island we will be trying to support local establishments as much as we can. A packed lunch will be provided for on our full day excursion.

About the trip

This exxpedition is for those who love and respect the ocean. You do not need to have any freediving or scuba certificates but it is a plus. You must be comfortable in the water and about 8m (25ft) deep. We will spend 4 days out on the water with an option to switch one day if weather isnt in our favor. Each day will be spent snorkeling/freediving but will have an option for scuba one day (one tank) for those that are certified, while those who are not can cage dive with bull sharks (neither of these activities is included in the price)

We will have a very knowledgeable captain, guide, and handler who will not only be with us for our time with the sharks but will take us around the island (one day to search and swim iwth dolphins, explore mangroves, shipwrecks, and swimming with stingrays).
